Not Netflix but on Amazon Prime you can see the whole seasons including the new 5 season.
Maybe it is also worthwhile for you to register with Amazon. Not only do you have many films / series that you can watch but also shipping benefits.
With a good VPN and access point across the United States, you could theoretically watch seasons 1-5 on Netflix. But only in English!
In Germany, however, Amazon owns the broadcasting rights although the series has been produced by Netflix since the fourth season.
