It has been announced that Lucifer Season 5 will be released on Netflix. But why can't I see that on Netflix? It was taken down again. Does that mean the plans have been curtailed by Netflix and will remain in season 4?

She is not afraid yet. No date has yet been fixed when it will be broadcast in Germany, but will probably start a new season in the spring, if other series continue. There will also be a summer break in the middle of the season and the second half and thus the finale will be shown in autumn. The last season has not yet been shown in the USA and the German broadcast will probably be shown soon.
As far as I know they haven't finished filming but as soon as they're done we'll know when to start. The first episode of season 4 started on May 8, 2019 in the US and on May 9, 2019, you could also watch it on Amazon.
Lucifer will also be seen on Amazon like the last season. In the US it runs on Netflix but in Germany on Amazon.
