Everywhere the Lucifer is running on Netflix and that it is one of the most popular series on Netflix, but I can't find it anywhere.
It only runs on the American Netflix. You can watch it on Amazon Prime or illegally on the internet.
As far as I know, lucifer is a Prime exclusiv series… Or is it just the latest season?

No I know it's a Netflix production but Amazon has bought the rights and yes it's about the new season
The newest season is a Prime exclusive. I'm relatively sure of that
