I have the new Sony TV and somehow the picture is so blurred but only when I watch TV. If I watch Netflix or something then everyone is sharp. Why is that?

If you have no HD channels then it is unfortunately so that you can't watch anything razor-sharp TV if you buy HD and then you have your desired television.
How do you receive, and is it blurred even with HD channels?
The channels you have may not be broadcast in HD. Try ARD and ZDF, they should be in HD without any paid subscriptions.
The private so Pro 7, cable one, satellite one, RTL etc. Are mostly only in HD if you pay for it.
