Enable 4k (SONY KD-55X7055)?

Moin zsm, I got a 4k tv to watch netflix and youtube on 4k.

When I start the two apps (via the play station 4 pro) a message appears stating that I can only watch in 2k due to the settings on my tv The option 4k master is set to off in the picture settings of the TV and unfortunately grayed out so that I can't switch it on. Does anyone know how to set the tv to 4k? I would be very happy.

Maybe you have to adjust it in the setting of the PS. I had to set it to 4k in the settings on my Xbox and activate HDR.

Have the PS4 connected to the HDMI port for 4K & HDR signals, or is the port set to "optimized format" in the connection settings of the TV?

On Sony TVs, the port settings are restricted to the factory settings. You have to change it first.
