Funny sound on Philips 55PFK6540 / 12 on apps?

If I have an app on my TV such as Netflix or YouTube open always come strange noises that tinny and listen electronically. I always avoid this for a short time by pulling the power cable and putting it back in. But that's getting on my nerves. When I search for updates it says that there are none for the TV. What should I do

Did you test the sound options because if something can be set there, directly on the TV and in the apps?
