First take acting classes. If you are good enough you can audition agents. Ideally, the better you are, the better agents you get. Hopefully they will have extraordinary contacts who will give you the appropriate audition dates. There are also likely to be "open auditions" for people who don't have agents or for documentary-like things, but the crowds are so big that you're more likely to win the lottery.
Netflix often buys series and films from other channels. It's best to just audition for everything and hope for the best as you gain experience.
It is good to set big goals, but it is also important to set a realistic foot in front of the others.
