I watched 4/5 episodes of the documentary "The Fall of Gabriel Fernandez" on Netflix and had to cry a lot.
I never actually cry when something happens to people. But his case hurt me so much.
It is about his mother and boyfriend torturing / beating him so much that he died (he only lived with his biological mother for 8 months and was tortured by her and her boyfriend at the time) he was only 8 than him that everything happened.
I've been thinking about it all day and it won't let me go. I wish I could save him. Unfortunately, it's too late.

Did you watch the documentary, if so what do you think of it all?

And why does that take me away?

Jo

I don't know the documentary but there are other good documentaries. E.g. On Arte recently about the mining situation in Ukraine. It's also very dark and emotional.
