I know that you can have sex when you are the same age and both agree. I and my girlfriend (13) want to have our first time. I thought of a romantic evening with Netflix and such. My concern is that I somehow I can't kiss or hug her. We have a long distance relationship and therefore 60km away. How can I generally overcome my fear of hugging, kissing or just sleeping? It is my first relationship, I have the codome for when it should be.

Too early. I'm old-fashioned there. You should have a certain level of maturity that you haven't had in your old age. No matter how much people go against it now.

Do not mature at the same age
There's a difference between having sex and "make love". Having sex is cold and impersonal, while in love love is involved. And this love is far from being with you. You know each other far too little and are too young for that.
I find it very far-fetched to call this a relationship at all. Give yourself a few more years to see if this is really real love.
