What happens if the Netflix subscription expires on an empty account?

I'd like to try Netflix's trial month. Only I would know beforehand what would happen if Netflix debited from an empty account. I don't have any credit on my account or a bank card. Is the subscription then simply canceled automatically or is the account overdrawn?

As far as I know you must have a bank card ready. But to your question: as soon as the trial version is over, nothing should ever happen because you apparently have no money / in the worst case, it will be pulled into the minus but I think that less.

Will not be canceled. They try to debit what doesn't work. You will pay back costs and then have minus on the account.

Netflix will then send you a reminder after the next and then it will be expensive, including the garnishment.

So just leave it. Don't buy stuff you can't afford. Is unfair, after all, they provide the service they offer.

An uncovered account can't be debited unless it is overdrawn.

If you can't pay for the use of a service, your associated user account will be blocked until the outstanding amounts have been paid.

In this case, the Netflix account will be temporarily suspended until the payment issue is resolved. But you can easily prevent this by simply canceling the account immediately after registering for your trial month. If you cancel your account, it will remain active until the end of the subscription month you have started, so if you sign up for the trial month and quit the account almost immediately, you will have Netflix free of charge for one month and can't accidentally forget the account to cancel in time.
