Merger of Amazon and Netflix?

I've heard a lot of ideas about the future of Netflix, including the merger with Apple. I also wanted to change my xm depot. Now, however, the merger with Amazon sounds much more plausible. What do you all mean?

Why merge?

If so, then taking over makes sense.

But it will not come to that, because everyone wants to cook their own soup.

Netflix has a market capitalization of $ 140 billion. That's quite a chunk for a takeover. I do not think Amazon wants to invest.

Merge Netflix and Amazon makes no real sense. The corporate philosophies are too far apart for that.

Various cooperations are now available worldwide. That Netflix needs a rescuing merger, it speaks for now nothing.
