Which Android tablet for Netflix & surfing?

Am looking for a good Android tablet for Netflix & surfing in bed and for saving pictures etc. - should have a usable display and usable sound and also a bit of storage space.

I want to spend ~ 300-400 euro, but up to 500 euro would be ok as long as the price-performance ratio is good.
