I would like to know if there's a possibility to put the anime that I watch on Crunchyroll with VPN in German. I would like to keep watching Hunter x Hunter on Crunchyroll as there are only 3 seasons on Netflix. Unfortunately this anime is not available in Germany on Crunchyroll and if I set the VPN to another country (e.g. Spain or GB), then there's only the language of the respective country and English. Is there a way to put it in German anyway?
Um, no, there's no way to put it in German and the reason is very simple. If a streaming provider hasn't licensed the series, Crunchyroll's workers won't be able to translate it. Netflix translates the Hunter x Hunter seasons itself. → Ger Sub
Nor with Ger Dub, because, as I said, Crunchyroll did not license the series. → You do not have the right to publish the German version.
And if you look at it very logically: Why should another country have the German version, but Germany not. That wouldn't make sense.
