If I buy a vpn and use it, for example, netflix or crunchyroll, it is then legal because netflix, crunchyroll etc. Also cost money every month and with vpn it's kind of free.

Using a VPN in and of itself is not illegal but completely permitted, but it violates the Netflix terms and conditions and your account can be blocked as a result.
I would recommend VyprVPN because they have the largest range of IP addresses.
Or a Wireguard VPS that is hosted by a host who also supplies end customers with IPs with the same AS.
