If possible, the series should be available in German synchronized language, that would be for me personally Perffekt! But if this is not possible because this series has not yet been synchronized in German in my eyes a borderline alternative would still see the movie in English Synchronized language…
By the way, I also mean that what one hears with the ears and no subtitles that you have to pause after every sentence because I'm not able to read 10-16 words within 3 seconds for hours without constantly annoying pause to have to press…

You have a completely wrong understanding of what the licensing history is about.
Crunchyroll owns the licensing rights for Darling in the FranXX - so far there's the series ONLY with German subtitles - nothing more.
Whether and how a title gets a dub in Germany is always very much known from the activities of the local publishers.
Ergo - it is NOT possible to watch DarliFranxx Ger Dub.
In addition, it is also very difficult to get to Eng Dub Anime because it requires a different license package - and the regular publishers do not - with the exception of Crunchyroll. This has DarliFranxx as Eng Dub, but whether that is callable in Germany - do not think so.
