Anime film, does anyone know his name?

I scrolled through netflix and saw that it has new Ghibli films that I always loved to see.

And now I've remembered someone from whom I no longer know the name…

The anime film is not by Ghibli (hope I wrote ghibli correctly) and it is like in many animes that you come to another world through an art portal. It's about a boy who sees a girl in his world (earth I think) on a construction site or a porch for a building. Can it be that there were other people the girl fought against, I don't remember that exactly. In any case, the boy sees the girl disappear and follows her. He follows her and ends up in this portal. Since the girl is familiar with the new world, she immediately starts her trip. I think the boy ends up in a jungle where colorful balls or bubbles or something are flying or lying around. He then gets someone to explain the rules to this world and should then go on the trip. The girl and the boy have the task of finding different crystals (red fire, blue water, … Something like that). There are always complications and such.
