When is Darling in the Franxx on Netflix?

I want to see Darling in the Franxx in German, I don't want to buy extra crunchyroll premium. I heard crunchyroll is one of the only owners for the German licenses, when will they expire? Or when would the anime be on Netflix?

Probably never. Crunchyroll has been securing a lot of licenses lately, which is why netflix has also removed some anime. Personally, I have technical problems with CR, which is why the subscription is not worthwhile for me. Unfortunately, there are no comparable providers.
