Attack on titan is the first 3 seasons on Anime on Demand. The final season unfortunately caught Wakanim. But with Anime on demand you don't need to take out a subscription, you can simply purchase e.g. Pay 3 months access in advance.
My hero academia has so far been available on Anime on Demand for all seasons.
Both of the titles you mentioned are legally only available for a fee, but also without malware, pop-ups and perverse advertising
