You can't change that. Netflix recognizes which country you are in and you then also get the selection of this country. If you z. B. If you go on vacation to another country, there's also a different selection there, even though you do not live there.
If you want to change that, you will need a VPN. Then you can z. B. Watch over Netflix USA.
