Death True 2 is, so to speak, a "newer version" where some scenes that were cut out of Death Rebirth have been reintroduced and the music is different in some places.

Death True 2 is a more recent version of D and R, so to speak. This version was used for the "Manga Entertainment" release. I can't say more about it because the source no longer reveals.
