Manga pages in German?

Is there a kind of manga "Netflix" in German-speaking countries? On Chruncyroll the mangas are only available in English which is not really my strong point and on some other sites I found there are always only some of the newest chapters of the mangas available which is not optimal if you haven't read the previous ones. I usually only read this once because I tend not to have a second or third time as soon as I know the main story and the manga books are a bit too expensive for me in exchange for a good selection in return for a monthly price would give something.

How can you watch something on Proxer.me? I was there yesterday but didn't know where to click to watch the series I wanted.
