Are there Manga apps in the Playstore where you can read the Manga in German?

Recently Netflix deleted a lot of animes. Now I'm looking for an app where you can read manga in German and all シ ︎ am really bad at English. If you have that kind of app, can you suggest it to me? Aso the app should be free ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯
