Netflix wants me to update the payment method?

Have long Netflix, through Paypal, the money from bank account used Netflix to pay. Now at once I should update the payment method and add a credit card (have no). What's going on there? What can I do there (Will continue to pay as it always was)

The use of Paypal is basically only allowed from 18J - without exception!

The demand for credit card is used, among other things, to filter out minors who have faked with a fake date of birth an illegal Paypal account and use Paypal unlawfully.

Maybe your bank account was not covered and they could not check the money with you.
