My Netflix offline works net, what to do?

So I have netflix as an app and downloaded a few episodes when I wanted to watch it offline and started Netflix, the only thing I got was: There's no internet connection. Please connect and try again. (N0) Try again. When I go online, everything works fine, but if I want to look offline.
