Why does my girlfriend have Naruto Shippuden all 21 seasons?

I live in Switzerland and am currently watching Naruto Shippuden, but I only have 10 seasons on Netflix, but my best friend, who also lives in Switzerland, has all 21 seasons on Netflix. Does anyone know how this works? This is how it looks with her:

There are 21 full-length seasons. Only 10 seasons on Netflix Germany. It's almost always the case with netflix. They never have entire series there.
