Netflix from eshop?

Found my old nintendo 3ds again and wanted to ask if anyone could explain to me how to load netflix on the 3ds.

So if there's, you have to enter the nintendo eshop, enter it in the search bar and search, then select it, press the download button and wait until it is downloaded. It can take a while. When it is finished, it is shown on the home screen as a gift, which you have to tap to open. And there it is. You may have to pay before downloading if it costs anything.
