Last episodes of SAO?

So on Google it says that there are 61 episodes of SAO on Netflix there are only 49 where there are the annoying episodes (no matter where)

The penultimate volume will be released on July 15, 2021 and the last volume on September 16, 2021. The episodes should also be available on Animax Plus shortly after the disc release.

Season 2 = 24 episodes
Season 3, first half = 24 episodes
Season 3, second half = 23 episodes
So it's currently 96 episodes. There would also be a few bonus episodes.
