My netflix is always out of focus. Many tell me I only have to wait a few minutes and then it will be sharp again, but even after 10-20 minutes it is still fuzzy. Does anyone know why this is and what can be done?

Yes, then this is your problem, Chrome and Firefox limit netflix to 1280x720 pixels. 1080p or 4k get e.g. With Microsoft's edge. This is not workable as far as I know, but simply depends on the browser.
