Netflix illegal. Letter from judge + advertisement?

I looked at Netflix illegally and received a letter from one side a few days ago. Because I was supposed to pay 400 euro somehow, which I then deleted directly. Now I'm a little "afraid" because the email said that they would come with a judge (+ ad) and that they would find out my email address. They also knew my provider. Is that even possible?
