I would like to grow a new TV set (Samsung NU7199) is most important to me SmartTV because I would like to see YT as Netflix relaxed in bed soon.
I now ask myself the question which / or if ever) new receiver I need since I assume that my current device with scart connection no longer belongs to today's "standard" or ew will be compatible with the new TV.
What else is needed in terms of cable maybe something else?
Speakers / soundbar would also be interesting if you have recommendable products in mind.
Have a "real" home theater, including video projector with 3m wide screen 😉. For this I use a system from Sony, namely the sony bdv e4100. She is really good and even has a football mode. However, you must be aware that the cables are firmly installed in the boxes, and these are not very long, so you just have to cut the cable and another with insert. That should not be a problem with a normal sized room. Otherwise, it is sonically really great, good bass, clear tones, what more could you ask for? However, so must plan about 300-400 euro, what I've just seen.
