You can enter the login information on multiple devices and then use everything. The only drawback: it can only be ONE ONLINE. If you are currently online and your friend uses the program, then you automatically go offline and vice versa.
Theoretically, you can also download your favorite tracks and playlists, and then listen to music offline with the same account. You just have to be online at least once a month and per device, otherwise the downloads will be deleted on their own.
I pay 8 euro for netflix and can even look at that with 20 people. My living room is big enough.

Netflix HD, allows 2 devices simultaneously. That is a bit cheaper (per person) and just with HD instead of "only" 720p compared to the cheapest tariff.
With Spotify you could use the family rate, but in your case, in fact, not quite ok…
