I'm considering getting a Spotify Premium Acc. I want to do that so I buy a Spotify voucher card every month and then put money into my account. At the beginning of the month it can be debited and is good.
But if I don't have any money in the account, my premium is simply interrupted until I pay like netflix or how is it?
That's exactly how it works. It is not a subscription if you top up with a card.
You can simply get Premium and cancel immediately in the next second, you will then have the month you paid for and then it will automatically be free again on Spotify
If you get a card every month, Premium will automatically end when it expires until you get another card. Because this voucher card is not a subscription
And can I really do that every month?

Not really, you always pay, you will be blocked for something like always new accounts to get the three months for free every time
