Netflix remote control?
Hello, I have a Sharp television with a Thomson resiver and I set up Netflix yesterday… My normal remote control for the television can set it to be quiet and loud on Netflix. But my Netflix remote control can somehow only switch, the quiet and loud switch does not work, as does the mute switch. Can I change that somehow?
This is not a Netflix remote control, this is an Amazon Fire TV remote control.

I think you don't really understand that. There's no remote control for Netflix. What you have is a remote control for Fire TV. If you have connected Fire TV, you can select the device via the sources (HDMI connections) and then download the Netflix APP to the Fire TV device. The source is selected using the TV remote control. With Fire TV selected, you'll continue working with the Fire TV remote control.
But if your TV set is already connected to the Internet without Fire TV, whether LAN or WLAN, you no longer need a Fire TV device.
Fire TV is ideal for televisions that are not yet Internet-ready, but have an HDMI connection.

So you have to control your Fire TV first. The Fire TV APP opens there and there are various options for setting up the Fire TV device. Search there times under settings. You also have to connect the Fire TV to the Wi-Fi, which is also done in this app.
