German streaming accounts in the US?

We're about 2 weeks in the US and I wanted to ask how it looks with streaming platforms like Netflix, Sky and Amazon Prime Video.

Are the German accounts working there or do we need extra new accounts? If so, has anyone had experience and can say what to do.
