I have the Netflix app on my PC because the episodes are loaded faster. No episode has been loading for a few days although I can open Netflix.
Internet connection is good and nobody else is involved.
Could it be my new browser, Firefox? I'm not opening Netflix through my browser…

If you are in the account selection you can edit it.
Or if you have selected your account, you have a small icon with your profile picture in the top right. Then click on it and go to '' Manage Profile ''.
I have now logged into Netflix via my browser. Before streaming the episode I got an error message and I followed the steps below. I had to allow saved cookies and website data with Firefox.
