Usually new series should be available on Netflix at 9 a.m?

I recently started to watch a new series, which I really liked. Netflix had announced that the next season of the series should come out today. I already checked several times today if they brought out the new season. Also restarted Netflix a couple of times. But of course it could also be that Netflix has a problem right now. Does anyone else have any ideas or could it really be that Netflix is having problems?
