Netflix changes profiles independently, can someone

When I look at my profile series, Netflix switches without me slightly pushing the profiles and when I switch back then the same thing happens. I've already searched the Internet, but still found nothing.

I have questions about this:

Is the account financed by you?
Do you watch on the phone?

No, the account is funded by my sister but we have the offer for 4 people
