Discord status to show certain apps?

I often see people who have their Discord status: watch Youtube or watch Netflix. Then I tried it, but nothing appears to me. I heard there are certain apps for? LG

Yes i have the premid app ( but it is a bit complex so you also need an extension in the browser.
