IPhone completely hung up?

I have an iPhone 8 plus and watched Netflix on it. Then I closed Netflix and it started to tick briefly. Then I wanted to open another app, but nothing happened after I clicked the icon, just like with all other apps. I can do nothing more than swipe the homescreen or unlock my phone. I've tried everything with volume up and holding the ON / OFF buttons down - it just doesn't work and I can't get it down or anything else. Can anyone help me further?

Did you also press the right combination that Apple calls?

Provoke a restart. To do this, first press the switch-off button for a very long time.

If that doesn't help, the home button also. Until it starts again.

Yes, I've already done everything and it doesn't work. The only thing that happens is that the vibration motor vibrates briefly

Gu

I have already done everything but unfortunately nothing helps

You have to restore it via iTunes

First put it in DFU mode

Connect the iPhone to your computer using a cable and open iTunes.
Briefly press the volume up key.
Briefly press the volume down button.
Press the side button for 10 seconds until the screen goes black.
Continue to hold the side button and also press the volume down button for 5 seconds.
Release the side button and hold down the volume down button for another 10 seconds.

The screen of the iPhone remains black in DFU mode. You see on the computer

An iPhone was detected in the maintenance state

has been. If the message does not come out, disconnect the cable from the device and then try again.

If the problem continues, try a different cable

Then click on Restore device not on update restore!

Please note that any user data will be deleted here if you have activated iCloud they will remain in iCloud and will automatically come back to your device after you have set up your iPhone again

You have to stay on the power button for a long time. Not just a few seconds. Stay on it for 2 minutes.
