Why do I only see a black image on the screen on Netflix?

I'm watching Naruto and I only hear the voices and only see a black screen why is that so I have 3 bars of Wi-Fi. It's only like this with one episode.

That's because Netflix would try to restart the app first, if that doesn't work then delete the app and download it again. And if that doesn't work, I would advise you to call support.
