Why isn't there season 4 of Adventure Time on Netflix?

I don't quite understand why there are season 1-3 and season 5-6 on Netflix, but 4 doesn't. Why not?

No Steven Universe is not available on bs to stream, I dub the episodes myself and also have season 5 which is currently not available.
