Does Spotify Family have separate accounts or is it like Netflix?

At Netflix, that's how you're asked when you log in, who you are. Or is that in Spotify so that everyone has their own password and I can only in my account?

Everyone has their own account. The manager of the spotify family has bought, then sends a link to the family, which then logs in through the link with their own account, and then has a normal premium
