Tablet with TV or monitor connect but how?

Hello I've recently got such a cable Purchase HDMI port in Micro USB for my tablet so I can watch Netflix on the big screen. I have now connected both but the picture on the TV is black and the tablet runs as if nothing had happened. Can someone tell me how to connect the two?
