Naruto Filler Follow Netflix?

Hello and although I have just finished the 6th season and I've heard that everything after season 6 is only filler or most of the followings someone can tell me which followings still belong to the story so a filler Netflix list

You can skip everything in season 7 and the following in season 8 are called "the legacy of the fourth hokage"

And season 8 is going to be wyld.
