Filler naruto shippuden netflix problem?

Hey now I'm watching on Netflix naruto shippuden and the filler list shows me that episode 57 to 71 is filler but when I then scanned to episode 71 nothing made sense suddenly there was some hidan or something that really was all filler how much does the episode end in the middle of some filler or something?

I do it like this if I filler skipper and something doesn't make sense I go back a few follow and see if it makes sense otherwise I keep going back until I've found the right point.
