According to the movie releases, it will be December 31st at the latest. If you don't want to wait that long, you can watch the film in English. To do this, you have to change the language of your profile to English.
As Netflix has now informed us, "Death To 2020" will soon be available (again) on a regular basis. The German start date will in any case be this year, but no later than December 31st, we were informed.

It was supposed to be available in Italy on December 27th, so I'm guessing it will be available in Italy by December 31st.
