I don't know anything about this.
As far as I know, the late episode 16 may only be released on Netflix after it has been broadcast on FreeTV on RTL2. This should take at least another six months. Netflix may even wait until the 6 additional episodes are available and season 10 is really complete.

In the linear program of FOX, 2 episodes of season 10 are currently being broadcast per week, e.g. By sky.
Presumably they want to wait until they can show the 16 episode and thus show the whole 10 season (apart from the bonus episodes that are still to come) and the users get a full season and not an incomplete one. There always has to be a certain time between Pay TV and Free TV before the episodes can be shown and since the last one could only be shown on Sky last month, it takes until RTL2 can show the episode and only then can Amazon / Netflix & Co. Also show the last episode. You can't do that before. First Pay TV, then Free TV, then Netflix / Amazon & Co. And then DVD / Bluray.
