Why doesn't my TV connect to Youtube?

I can stream YouTube on my TV via my mobile phone, but I can't get directly from the TV to the YouTube app. By the way, I can't go to Amazon Prime either. Strangely, Netflix works just fine. I have already disconnected the Wi-Fi connection and registered again, but it still doesn't work. What could it be?
