Hello have a Turkish fellow student who claimed that they use a program called IP TV.
He therefore has content requiring payment such as BeIN Sports, Disney Plus, Netflix and Prime. He only pays 100 euro. I pay over 100 euro a year for Netflix alone. How can that be?

This is not a "program" - IPTV simply means television over the Internet.
No, any providers that stream all possible PayTV channels are not legal. But there's no video on demand like Netflix & Co. There are simply copied streams from TV channels, i.e. Live TV.
But where there's no plaintiff, there's no judge.

One question, why so much, that, most of the others have prime and Netflix, then why Disney?
I believe that your friend uses illegal providers at least in Germany
As a student, I got Prime for the first year free of charge and I now pay around 30 euro a year. It's worth it if you order something small a month without extra shipping. In addition I have a Netflix basic account to look at things from time to time and recently Disney Plus because I wanted to have a look at Simpsons and Marvel.
The Simpsons are available every day at 7
And marvel has Netflix until further notice
Yes old episodes. I wanted to see through all 30 seasons. Theoretically there's so much on TV with a lot of advertising etc. I don't care about the few euro. Others smoke or drink alcohol, go to the games library or do something else, I pay just under 17 euro for three streaming services a month. Broadcasting alone is more expensive every month than the three streaming services I use.
Deutsche Telekom offers IPTV in its magenta packages. The simplest version costs 22 euro / month. Disney + is included, but only 6 months free. And Prime is there.
