Why is that the mur with me (netflix)?

I was watching netflix with Spanish audio and suddenly I can no longer listen to it.

I've also experienced this before when I e.g. Pressed the pause button and turned it back on, then the sound was gone. I was then out of the program and restarted Netflix, then (so far) it always worked.
